With over 26 years of rich experience in teaching and administration, I am steadfast in my dedication to overseeing, guiding, and continually elevating the quality of our educational initiatives. Academic history:

• B. Tech. (Mechanical Engineering) in 1992 from G.Pulla Reddy Engineering College, Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh
• M. Tech. (Production Engineering), a second rank holder in 2000 from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Karnataka
• Ph. D. (Mech.Engg/Prod.Engg) in 2009 from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Maharashtra 

Experience History:

For 26 years, he served as an Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor and HoD for 18 years and as a principal at prestigious colleges for 8 years, bringing with him extensive experience in research and teaching.

Research & Publications:

He has published over 80 papers in peer-reviewed international and national journals. He serves as a reviewer for several esteemed publications, including the Journal of Reinforced Plastics and Composites, Journal of Thermal Engineering, and Journal of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science. Additionally, he is a life member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE).

Ph.D. Guide ship:

He has been serving as a ratified Professor and Principal in colleges affiliated with JNTU. He is currently supervising a group of research scholars conducting studies in the fields of Polymer Composites, Biocomposites, and Nanocomposites. Recognized as a research supervisor by JNTUH and JNTUA, he has successfully guided two scholars to the completion of their Ph.D. degrees, while one more is awaiting viva-voce.

Achievements:

• Received an International award with a cash prize of ¥50,000 for a research paper on Eco-friendly Materials presented at an International Conference held in Japan in 2005.
• A research paper titled “Effect of Fiber Length and Fiber Weight Ratio on Tensile Properties of Sun Hemp and Palmyra Fiber Reinforced Polyester Composites” (B.M.Dabade, G. Ramachandra Reddy, S.Rajesham, C.Udaya Kiran), published in the Journal of Reinforced Plastics and Composites (Volume 25, pp. 1733–1738, 2006), was highly acclaimed and ranked as the second most-read article on the platform during 2007–2008.
• Achieved Second Rank in the university during the M.Tech. Program at VT University in the year 2000.
• Received the Telugu Vignana Paritoshikam (cash award) from the Government of Andhra Pradesh in 1989 and
• Nominated for Young Scientist Award by A.P. Government in the year 1987.
