With an illustrious career spanning over 34 years, A.V.L. Vara Prasad brings a wealth of experience across various sectors, from front-line roles to senior management positions. He is currently serving as the Director of Training and Placements at Sreyas Institute of Engineering and Technology since February 2025.

Mr. Vara Prasad holds multiple Master’s degrees in Management, Commerce, and Psychology, in addition to a Law degree. His educational background, coupled with his extensive experience, has equipped him to navigate diverse domains with expertise and leadership.

Throughout his career, Mr. Vara Prasad has been a practicing advocate and has worked in several prestigious engineering institutions in Hyderabad, including IARE-MLR Group, ACE Engineering College, and Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College. His roles in these institutions spanned various capacities, including contributing to academic administration and student placement efforts.

He is also a proud member of the A.P. Bar Council and an active participant in the Telangana Psychologists Association, demonstrating his commitment to both legal and psychological fields.  He was awarded Bharat Education Excellence Award for the academic year 2023-24.
