five days workshop on Natural Language Processing in association with
Electronics and ICT academy MNIT Jaipur from 6th to 10th January 2020.
Sreyas Institute of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad hosted a Five-days Workshop on “Natural Language Processing” for teaching faculties and Research Scholars from 06th January to 10th January 2020 in association with Electronics and ICT academy MNIT Jaipur.
The workshop was inaugurated with an opening speech by Prof. Vineet Sahula, chief coordinator (Electronics and ICT Academy, MNIT Jaipur) welcoming all dignitaries and delegates followed by a keynote address. During these five days of the workshop, experts Dr. Satyendra S Chouhan, Dr. Namita Mittal from MNIT Jaipur, and Dr. Atul Guptha IIITDM Jabalpur, Dr. J P Singh from NIT Patna explained various Techniques, Syntactic Processing concepts to the all the participants across India using VidyoDesktop Mechanism. At Sreyas, the remote center coordinator Dr. Kantipudi MVV Prasad conducted the lab sessions on python software for all the participants as per the guidelines of five days workshop experts.
Across India, a total of 727 participants have participated in this workshop. At our remote center (Sreyas Institute of Engineering and Technology) 46 faculty members and 12 Research Scholars have participated in this workshop and learned the various Natural Language Processing techniques using open source tools. Our principal, Dr. Suresh Akella and Vice-Chairmen A. Hriday Reddy Garu appreciated and congratulated all the participants for their successful completion of the five days workshop.
