1st year B Tech Orientation Day

Following all the COVID norms, the Sreyas Institute of Engineering and Technology has successfully conducted the Orientation Day (Deeksha Diwas) for the 1 st year students and parents on 25th Nov 2020 at the campus.

The program started with a warm welcome to the new students and parents and an introduction to the college by Principal Dr. K Sai Satyanarayana Reddy. He briefed about the credit systems, regulations, and college policies.

Secretary Mr. Ravindranath Yadav congratulated all the freshmen for securing the seat in SREYAS College. He emphasized the vision and mission of Sreyas and vitalized the point to be a successful graduate.

Vice-Chairman Mr. Hriday Reddy spoke about the current trend and present recruitment systems and emphasized students to become an all-rounder.

Dr. Suresh Akella, Director R&D made all the new students take an Oath (Deeksha) to be responsible students and duly follow the college norms. He also explained the importance of Time Management and Japanese 5S Concepts.

Chief Guest of the event Dr. K Lakshmi Narayana(Retd. IAS officer), Founder & Director of Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC) has addressed the gathering with his mesmerizing talk about the qualities of a student and has given a bigger picture of the real-life scenarios.

Dr. K Lakshmi Narayana Garu was felicitated by Secretary Sir, Vice Chairman Sir, Dr. Suresh Akella Sir, and
by the Principal of Sreyas College. Finally, a vote of thanks was given by the H&S HOD Md. Naseeruddin.
