- One Week FDP on the program entitled “EMERGING TRENDS IN THERMAL ENGINEERING” held from 25th to 30th June 2018. This FDP was organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Sreyas Institute of Engineering Technology.
- Dr. Suresh Akella and Mr. K Sainath from the MED, have attended MSME Expo-2017, Organized by MSME EXPO-2017 NVDP cum Industrial exhibition on 19th and 20th November 2017.
- One day workshop on Computation Fluid Analysis was held on 14-10-17 under the Mechanical Engineering Department in collaboration with the UNICENT.
- Two days workshop on “Robo Ventures” held in the department during 20th and 21st September, 2017 in association with Vorton Techsoluations Pvt. Ltd. Resource Person being Subin Philip, Head of operations Vorton Techsoluations Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad.
- One day FDP program on Joining of Advanced Materials held on 11/07/2017. Dr G. Madhusudhan Reddy Outstanding Scientist and additional Director, DMRL was the resource person.
- Guest Lecture by Phaneendra, Director of Vishwa Institute delivered on career guidance which was held on 13th July 2016.
