About the Speaker
Aniket Banerjee, a result-driven Product Management professional with over 8 years of experience working with globally distributed organizations. He also has experience in Product Wireframing, A/B Testing, Backlog Prioritization, and Roadmap Planning. Expertise in Agile Product Management and Optimizing Team Efficiency. He possesses strong communication, strategic, and planning skills as a driving force to achieve results.

Introduction to the Webinar
The webinar was held from 1 pm to 2 pm. The speaker welcomed every member of the webinar. The session started off with a brief discussion about the COVID-19 pandemic and its effect on various industries and the country’s economy etc. Shortly, the speaker discussed the different aspects like present-day landscape, academic expectations, interview expectations, and job expectations.

 Value for niche skills like AI, ML, Data Science, Blockchain, Cloud

2) Academic expectations:
 Cutoff criteria
 Know your tech concepts like programming languages, data structures, object-oriented programming, RDBMS.

 Full-stack development
 Coding language –quality vs. quantity
3 Interview expectations:
 First image matters
 Listen before you speak and think after listening
 Confident communication
 Say ‘I don’t know’ when you need to instead of giving a half baked answer.
4)On the Job expectations:
 Ability to learn on the fly
 Adaptability and flexibility
 Presentation skills
 Creative and innovative mind.
Through this webinar, the students are made aware of the basic academic skills, interview expectations, and job requirements in order to have a successful career.
And thus, the session concluded with a questionnaire for about 20 minutes.
