Overseas Education & Career Guidance on 7th January 2020

As a part of the Overseas education awareness program, Training and Placement department, Sreyas Institute has conducted a seminar on Overseas education and career on 8th January Delegate from OSU (OREGON STATE UNIVERSITY) visited the campus to interact with the students. Carlos Jensen, Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs, Associate Professor Computer Science along with Mr. Bob Gilmour, Executive Director, OSU Provost’s Senior Leadership Team has provided information about the launch the ID (UG) and MID (Graduate) programs in January which will really open gates for students wishing to study top-ranked & quality programs in Engineering & CS at OSU.

It was an informative session to make aware the students about current trends, career challenges, gain valuable knowledge about overseas education, help them to understand the global developments in overseas education and also to make the students understand much about the University.

A total of 263 students from various departments have participated in the event and gave positive feedback about the Overseas session.

Vice-Chairman Mr. Hriday Reddy, Principal Dr. Suresh Akella felicitated the eminent Professor Dr. Carlos Jensen and Mr. Bob Gilmour for visiting the campus and appreciated the Placement Department for organizing the event.
